You've done a variety of ways so that the weight can be reduced but the effort seemed futile because the numbers are still the same scale or even larger? Losing weight is not an easy thing.

Lots of things to do like changing your diet and habits. Some of it is an important factor causing difficulty to losing weight such as genetics. People who are obese, putting the body because the offspring are usually more difficult than those with fat faces because of the wrong foods. But the reason why the hard-diet is complex, not just genetics. Here are some of the causes of why people do not succeed on a diet:

When it was used to eating large portions of course it is difficult for us to reduce the size of the meal in order to diet. Therefore, before its too late is better adjust the size of the meal every day. Eating too fast and too accustomed to snacking will make you gain weight.

Another thing that makes weight loss difficult to fall is less mobile. If someone is just sitting all day, of course calories burned will not increase. Moving even if only briefly enough to help such as walking to the office, up the stairs and so forth.

Television advertisements often ask a variety of foods that make viewers interested in trying to eat while the food is not necessarily healthy and even have a lot of fat instead.

Unfavorable conditions

When the body of fatigue or lack of sleep, a person will usually be encouraged to eat foods containing fat and sugar that is high enough. The urge to eat can also be caused by genetic factors.
